J.C. Jackson has some more legal issues in Massachusetts.

According to MassLive's Chris Mason, the former Patriots cornerback did not appear for his probation hearing in Attleboro District Court on Friday. Because of that, he has a warrant out for his arrest.

Mason added that Jackson's attorney did not comment when asked about the situation.

The cornerback was a healthy scratch from the Los Angeles Chargers win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

And when asked about it, head coach Brandon Staley said it was "just a coach’s decision."

His court probation hearing was after Jackson was charged with criminal speeding in 2021 and didn't complete the “Brains At Risk” program he was required to do. He also failed to pay his $300 fine.

Jackson signed with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and remained with New England for four seasons. He was then signed by the Chargers on a five-year, $82 million contract.

Across his six seasons in the league, Jackson has recorded a total of 166 tackles and 26 interceptions across 69 games. He also has one career touchdown, getting that in his final season with the Patriots.
