Former New England Patriot and soon-to-be first-ballot Hall of Famer Rob Gronkowski expressed his frustrations with Mac Jones at half-time.

Gronkowski, who is now an analyst with Fox Sports, critiqued Patriots QB Mac Jones at half-time saying "It's very frustrating as an ex-Patriot… let me tell you, it's as bad as the fans tell you about. Mac Jones should have thrown about four picks already."

This came after Mac Jones threw two first-half interceptions and was eventually benched in favor of backup QB Bailey Zappe, who also threw an interception relatively quickly. Some fans have dubbed this Patriots vs Giants matchup as the "toilet bowl" as it has massive implications on potential draft location. A loss could result in the Patriots holding a draft pick as high as the number two overall draft selection, and a win cold result in a pick as low as pick number six. The Patriots are currently trailing by a three points with three minutes left in the fourth quarter.
