Jack Jones was the only player missing on Thursday despite being at practice on Wednesday.
Earlier this week, the charges against Jones were dropped after he agreed to one year of pre-trial probation and 48 hours of community service. This came after he was was arrested on June 16 at Boston Logan International Airport for trying to bring two loaded firearms on a plane.
Boston Globe's Ben Volin reports that according to a league spokesman, Jones' incident is still under review by the NFL for possible disciplinary action.
Bill Belichick told reporters on Wednesday that he expects Jones to be available this weekend, but now his status is in question with the latest injury report.
