The New England Patriots were set to hold mandatory minicamp on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but head coach Jerod Mayo decided to devote one of those days to giving back to the community.
The team split up into groups, going to different schools in Massachusetts to provide the students with an unforgettable day. Mayo along with quarterback Drake Maye and many others went to the Perkins Community Center/Lee School.
Whether it was Dodgeball, basketball, and even a very competitive game of red light, green light, the players had smiles on their faces the entire time.
I mean, imagine an NFL quarterback playing dodgeball against a bunch of students. It was a sight to see.
