Tom Brady and Julian Edelman developed a strong friendship after spending meany seasons together with the New England Patriots.

So much so, that the two still poke fun at one another any chance they get.

On his Instagram, Brady posted a photo of himself alongside NBA rookie Victor Wembanyama, and the former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback was considerably shorter than the rookie.

Brady, who is 6-foot-4, compared the height different between him and Wembanyama (7-foot-4), to him and Edelman.

"Awesome to meet you @wemby. Incredible young man. Usually I'd make some joke here about how I think I could get 10 and 10 against you, but let's be real… you'd send my jumped into the club level.

PS: @Edelman11 This is how you felt all those years???" Brady wrote on Instagram.

Edelman, standing at 5-foot-10, will forever be regarded as one of the best receivers in Patriots history. And it seemed Brady couldn't help but call him out in this viral post.

Edelman's response to this was spot on.

Brady later posted a different version of the photo on X, formerly known as Twitter, eliminating the height difference.

While it is clearly photoshopped, you got to admit that it is hilarious and pretty well done.

It seems Brady and Edelman are enjoying retirement.
