The New Orleans Saints continue their search for their next coach. around the NFL, many teams are looking for their next HC, including the New York Jets. 

New Orleans will have some competition if they want to keep Darren Rizzi, undoubtedly, according to the latest reports around the league. 

Jets request interview with Rizzi

According to Jordan Schultz, the Jets have requested to interview Darren Rizzi. He was their interim head coach after firing Dennis Allen.

Rizzi is also expected to interview Rizzi for their head coach opening next week. He's certainly on their radar for New Orleans, but they will not rush to a decision. Expect them to interview potential candidates over the next two weeks, at least.

As for the Jets, they are also conducting a plethora of interviews for the foreseeable future. They're in the process of hiring both a head coach and general manager. New York has already interviewed Rex Ryan, a former HC for their team.

Meanwhile, the Saints' list for interviews grows day by day. We will see who wins out and lands the role in New Orleans.
