The New Orleans Saints offense gives folks some headaches. Fans are frustrated. Coaches are gaining heat on their seat on staff. Players are showing plenty of emotion.

The latest loss, one on Thursday night of Week 7 to the Jacksonville Jaguars, was yet another winnable game if the offense found their groove earlier in the game. The Saints fell to 3-4 after the 31-24 loss.

Saints star running back Alvin Kamara was noticeably irritated with the team's performance after the loss. He did not mince words in his post-game interview.

"I'm not a loser. I'm not a loser at anything in life. I don't like to lose. I'm not like really an emotional person where it's like, 'Ah, I'm pissed off. I'm pissed.' But I'm pissed, then a mother(expletive). I'm pissed. Like, for real, like I'm telling ya'll I'm pissed. But at the same time I'm blessed though, you know what I'm saying, so I mean it's just like you got to take the good with the bad." — Alvin Kamara

It's clear that he's frustrated. Kamara does not like losing, and his teammates certainly don't either. They all know that there is too much talent and veteran leadership on the roster to underperform this badly against their schedule.

The running back pointed out a flaw that he sees in the offense right now. They are not relying on that talent to beat their opponents in one-on-one situations often enough. That needs to change.

There's plenty of blame to go around. Luckily, the players still seem to trust each other – even if it has been rocky. That being said, patience is running thin at every level. Dennis Allen did not rule out staff changes in the near future if struggles continue.

Plus, Derek Carr must improve in order for the Saints to turn this season around. He has shown flashes of consistency with the offensive talent, but some of his misses own throws and incorrect reads have been quite costly for New Orleans.

Additionally, his targets have to be on the same page as him and the staff. Miscommunication is killing drives too often for the Saints.

Kamara also said that the 'mini-bye' leading up to Week 8 must create some changes on the offense. They simply cannot continue what is not working on a regular basis, according to him. That's a good sign.

You can never doubt his commitment and passion for the Saints. Kamara wants to see this team get back on the right road as soon as possible.
