After thirteen weeks of play, they've got a top ten pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. That could lead to many difference scenarios for New Orleans.
Where are they projected to pick in next year's draft entering Week 14?
The Saints would have the ninth overall pick in the first round if the season ended today, according to Tankathon.
The teams picking 9-12th all have a 5-7 record so far. 4-8 teams take up the 5-8th spot in the order right now.
Not to mention, Tankathon has the Saints schedule as the weakest in the league so far based on strength of schedule. It would be tough for New Orleans to get to the top four in the order. Those spots are held by the Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Commanders, and New England Patriots.
If the Saints finish with the ninth overall selection, expect widespread coaching changes and potentially front office moves, too.
