The New Orleans Saints should have a high-powered offense this season. If they don't, something went absolutely wrong. Pete Carmichael Jr. needs a bounce back season at offensive coordinator, and Derek Carr needs a strong debut season with the Saints. The skill positions are impressive, as long as they stay healthy in 2023.
A big piece of that is star wide receiver Michael Thomas. No one can doubt the ability of Thomas, but he has to stay healthy. After missing most of last season, he looks to be on track to return at full-strength this year for the Saints.
Saints HC Dennis Allen provided an update on Thomas' status this weekend.
That's another big step for Thomas. Hopefully, he will be ready to go for the preseason for the Saints. Everything is looking positive right now.
