New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham has two targets this season. Both have come in the red zone, and he has caught both of them for touchdowns. That stat line is why he returned to New Orleans.

The TD raises a question that has been brought up many times this year.

Why hasn't Graham been active every week for the Saints?

He's clearly still very useful in the red zone. The Saints have struggled mightily at that part of the field on offense this season. It's yet another example of bad coaching decisions from the Saints' staff.

There's no excuse to not find ways for Graham to be active and involved weekly when he clearly provides a unique skillset that could have led to more TD scores for New Orleans.

The reason for signing him was for the red zone talent and leadership. Then, the Saints chose to not play him for most of this season. If they choose to make him inactive for another game this year, the outrage will teach a new level.

It was Graham's first regular season touchdown catch in the Superdome since Dec. 21, 2014.
