The New Orleans Saints will be without some of their starting talent in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
According to their Friday injury report, three more starters are now out for the NFC South battle.
Cesar Ruiz, Paulson Adebo, and Jordan Howden will all miss Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.
Howden and Adebo are hits to the secondary. The cornerback room will mimic last week – with Isaac Yiadom and Alontae Taylor seeing g plenty of playing time. Ugh Amadi will play a bigger role, too.
At safety for Howden, it will be interesting to see who takes a bulk of snaps. Lonnie Johnson Jr. and J.T. Gray could both see more defensive snaps. Expect Johnathan Abram to be elevated from the practice squad. Newly-signed Daniel Sorensen could be active as well.
For the offensive line, the loss of Ruiz is quite rough. Th unit has struggled so far this season, even with him in the games.
Now, they could start James Hurst and Andrus Peat at the guard spots. Rookie Nick Saldiveri could be active for the first time this year also.
The Saints need to overcome these injuries and get to 3-1 on the season against the Bucs in Week 4.
