The New Orleans Saints have played another ugly game of football in Week 14. This time, it is against a lowly New York Giants team. In the fourth quarter, Saints quarterback Derek Carr suffered a scary injury on an odd play.

The Saints starter took a massive leap in an effort to get a first down and fell hard on both his left side and his head. He was forced to leave the game.

Carr went to the medical tent after a couple moments on the ground. He then walked to the locker room with trainers.

The Saints have not provided an update on his status yet. Jake Haener entered the game in Carr's place.
