The Saints are interested in multiple day three QBs in this year's draft class.
One of them is the electric Dorian Thompson-Robinson from UCLA.
Coined "DTR", the former Bruins QB is one of the most intriguing athletes at his position in this draft class. He was an experienced collegiate starter that proved he had the arm to make all the throws on the field.
On the ground, he was one of the most dynamic mobile QBs in the country. His speed and play-making ability are quite unique.
DTR did have turnover issues during his time in college, though. He fumbled 39 times and threw 36 interceptions in 48 games with the Bruins.
The Saints would be able to give him time to sit and learn the in's and out's of the NFL game before potentially touching the field in the future. The connection would make plenty of sense.
Thompson-Robinson is expected to be selected sometime on day three, and plenty of teams have interest in the QB.
