An annual event now, the NFLPA has revealed their report cards for NFL franchises. The New Orleans Saints were a top ten overall org based on grading a season ago. Now, their ranking has dropped to 19th.
The players rated the New Orleans' facilities and staff in a positive light. For a second year in a row, though, the food provided to players received low marks, and the treatment of families was not up to par, either.

Overall, their on-field performance/preparation were solid. They were consistently in the top half of the ranks when it comes to those aspects.
Meanwhile, the support/off-the-field aspects were not ideal. The Saints weren't one of the best orgs for that in 2023, and 2024 proved that those issues are a trend – not a coincidence.
The Saints' lack of impressive food provided or treatment of families is unacceptable. In their market, those two factors should be at the forefront of their minds.
