The New Orleans Saints loved Chris Olave heading into the 2022 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, the wide receiver is dominating.

The Saints' WR leads the team in receptions and receiving yards.

Among his fellow rookies, he is tops in targets, receptions, and yards. He is lapping some of the other players in his draft class.

Through six games, Olave is outproducing some of the top targets in the entire NFL, too.

In their game against the Cardinals on Thursday, he was targeted fourteen times. The Saints' wideout caught seven passes for 106 yards.

It was his fifth game in a row with 50+ receiving yards.

Olave continues to show flashes of greatness. With the ball in his hands, he has been very dynamic.

Not to mention, his best trait may be his instincts at the position. The former Ohio State WR is a ridiculously smart player.

Olave reads zone coverages beautifully and sits in pockets of space very consistently. That is a skill that not many young receivers have.

The Saints' rookie plays like a veteran, and New Orleans has needed that.

Expect Olave to continue to be a focal point of the Saints' offense going forward.
