The New Orleans Saints have always been a difficult team to predict during the NFL Draft.

This year, they've shown interest in a plethora of players. On both sides of the ball, the Saints have clear needs. They want to contend in the NFC, so this draft class is important for them.

As visits dwindle down between teams and prospects, the review of them can help folks figure out who teams like quite a bit. the Saints have showed some interest in three players from one school in the Big Ten.

That would be the Maryland Terrapins. New Orleans brought three Terps in for top 30 visits: OL Jaelyn Duncan, WR Rakim Jarrett, and CB Deonte Banks. Clearly, they are intrigued by these three.

Banks is the best prospect of the three. He is projected to go in the latter half of the first round or very early in the second. His RAS score was off the charts – meaning that he possesses fantastic physical traits for his position.

This advanced stat of the week is powered by Boston Scientific!

As for Duncan, he is projected to go somewhere between round three and round five right now. Jarrett projects to go sometime on day three as a depth receiver for an offense.

Banks certainly seems to be the prized possession from the Terrapins. He will be a potential pick for the Saints if he's on the board at pick 29 for New Orleans. Keep an eye on him.
