New Orleans Saints star linebacker Demario Davis finally got the nod that he deserved weeks ago.

Davis is headed to the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl.

The Saints' top defender proved his reliability by starting all 17 games for the second season in a row. He is their 'iron man' on defense and provides top five upside at his position, even in his mid 30's.

Davis had a great statistical season, too. He totaled his most total tackles (121) in a season since joining the Saints in 2018. Davis recorded, 6.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. His Pro Football Focus grade was 89.6, an elite score.

The veteran linebacker is also an energetic leader on and off the field for New Orleans. He's well known for his pregame speeches and consistent character.

Davis was selected to the All-Pro team for 2024 as well. That honor is more meaningful than the Pro Bowl, but Davis clearly deserved both.

Davis joins Saints wide receiver/return specialist Rashid Shaheed as the team's two selections for the festivities.
