The New Orleans Saints are in a rough patch.

The defense has not played well over there last month. Injuries are piling up. They needed a leader to step up, and Alvin Kamara did that last week when he addressed the team after their loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Now, he is showing how much faith he has in this Saints' team this weekend versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Kamara knows that they can bounce back.

There is no lack of confidence from the Saints' star running back.

The matchup against Dennis Allen's former team is an intriguing one.

The Raiders have played much better over the last couple of weeks on both sides of the ball. The offense, especially, has been very efficient behind running back Josh Jacobs. The Saints have to find a way to slow him down.

Jacobs has three straight games with over 100 rushing yards. The Raiders' RB has six rushing touchdowns in that span, too.

The running back battle of Jacobs and Kamara is quite exciting.

It sounds like the Saints have added motivation to get a win over the Raiders this weekend, but they must play a much cleaner game than they have over the past month.

Las Vegas' offense is sure to take advantage of any key turnovers by New Orleans. As for penalties, the Saints must avoid shooting themselves in the foot.

That starts at the top with Dennis Allen. The former Raiders' head coach must do some of his best work of the season so far for the Saints in order to get a win.

That's the only way that they can get their season back on track.
