The New Orleans Saints need a bounce back in Week 5. Unfortunately, it comes against the Kansas City Chiefs, who sit at 4-0. The undefeated AFC foe, coming off of back-to-back Super Bowl wins, are not the offensive juggernaut of the past, though.
Their defensive unit is a strong one, led by defensive lineman Chris Jones. Beating Patrick Mahomes is always a tall task, but a former Saints fan favorite defender has faith in the black and gold.

Shanle played for three different NFC teams. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams. He played for the Dallas Cowboys after one year in STL, then he finished his career in New Orleans.
The former pro linebacker noted matchups as a positive for the Saints in the Week 5 matchup.
The Saints secondary has been impressive for the most part in recent weeks, and KC lacks multiple top-flight options at wide receiver. Their best wideout, Rashee Rice, suffered an ACL injury last weekend.
Rookie Xavier Worthy is a talented, young piece, but Marshon Lattimore could see a lot of time on him. Travis Kelce had a great performance in Week 4, but the Saints' linebacker core, when healthy, should match up well against the veteran star tight end.
If Demario Davis can play, his coverage on Kelce could be a true X-Factor in Monday's clash.
As for the offense, Derek Carr had a strong start to the season. He was incredibly efficient in the first two weeks of the season. The Chiefs' pass defense has shown some holes so far this season.
Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed will try to take the top off the unit, and I would expect multiple downfield shots to them. The Saints offensive line must give him time to get those throws off, though.
Regardless of the difficulty, the former Saints linebacker has faith in New Orleans to give KC their first loss in Week 5.
