The New Orleans Saints are set to open their season against the Arizona Cardinals. As the home team, the Saints will be able to give their fans an initial glimpse at their new team under Kellen Moore to kick off Week 1.

The expectations are not incredibly high for either of these teams. Neither the Saints, nor the Cardinals, are often predicted to make the postseason by analysts or data projections. Both squads will look to get off to a good start in an attempt to spurn those doubts. Will you be able to watch this season opener for New Orleans and Arizona if you cannot be in attendance?

Here are the ways you can stream the game:

Biggest storylines for Saints in Week 1

Rattler starting at QB for Kellen Moore’s offense

The Saints chose to forego kicking off their season with a rookie at quarterback. Instead, Rattler will get the nod and first chance to prove that can be effective for Moore’s unit. New Orleans won’t rush him to prove that he’s a long-term answer at the position, either.

Chase Young could miss game due to injury

Young is dealing with a calf injury. It is not considered “serious” – but the pass rusher could miss Week 1. That is still unknown as of now. If Young has to miss Week 1, I would expect even more snaps for Carl Granderson and an uptick in playing time for Chris Rumph II.

Depth pass catchers need to prove themselves

Devaughn Vele joined the Saints as a big body target for the passing game recently through a trade with the Denver Broncos. New Orleans also signed veteran WR Brandin Cooks as depth this offseason. Both will get notable playing time to start the season. I’m intrigued to see if Mason Tipton can prove that his preseason play can translate to the regular season a bit smoother than it did last year, too.
