The New Orleans Saints have wrapped their tumultuous season following a crushing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 18. Tampa secures their fourth NFC South title in a row.

For New Orleans, they will now prepare to hire a head coach and get ready for the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Saints have their draft position. It's locked in as the final week of the regular season unfolds.

Saints will pick 9th in 2025 NFL Draft

New Orleans will actually pick right behind Carolina, despite finishing behind the Panthers in the standings. That is due to the strength of schedule tiebreaker. The Saints had a .507 strength of schedule compared to the Panthers’ .496 strength of schedule.

The Saints selected offensive tackle Taliese Fuaga last season with the 14th overall pick in round one.

The full list of projected picks for the Saints' entire draft will be revealed following the postseason. There are plenty of pieces still in motion around the NFL to complete the order.

The 2025 NFL Draft will be held from April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
