The New Orleans Saints got some rough news on Monday night. Wide receiver Chris Olave was arrested for reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

The young wideout was traveling 70 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. He was cooperative with law enforcement and released from jail at 11:30 P.M.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison was cited for driving 140 MPH in a 55 MPH zone this year. He was not suspended by the NFL.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown was arrested for going 126 MPH in a 65 MPH zone in 2022. He was not suspended, either.

There is a clear precedent set by the league office. Of course, that could change. The situation remains fluid.

Regardless, if the NFL stands by their previous decisions, Olave will not get suspended for this incident. Only time will tell.
