New York Giants quarterback had his best season so far last year. In 2023, he will look to build on it with improved weapons. A former division rival clearly has a lot of belief in Jones for this season, too.

Former Philadelphia Eagles tight end Clay Harbor has him ranked as his third-best QB in the NFC for 2023.

That's a lot of praise for Jones. He clearly believes that he can help the Giants be a contender in the conference going forward.

It is also notable that he ranked young QBs like Justin Fields and Brock Purdy in his top five.

Harbor also would take Jones over NFC East rival Dak Prescott for next year as well. That's pretty surprising, and many folks may not agree with that sentiment.

The list is unique, but he gave the Giants QB his flowers for his clear improvements under head coach Brian Daboll last season.
