The New York Giants recently added wide receiver Parris Campbell as another option at wide receiver. Campbell provides veteran experience as he comes from the Indianapolis Colts.

He has dealt with injuries over the past few seasons, but last year was a bounce back campaign for the wideout.

Now, for the Giants, he will look to secure a consistent role in their passing game. He could see action in the return game as well.

Campbell is wasting no time taking advantage of a recent rule change.

The NFL announced that players will be able to wear "0" as their jersey number beginning this season. Accordingly, Campbell will dawn that number for the Giants.

It is a unique addition for teams around the NFL. Many players will attempt to grab the number for teams as it is new for the league.

Campbell grabs the nod in New York as a newcomer for the roster.
