The New York Giants will have plenty of options in round one of the 2024 NFL Draft. Quarterback, wide receiver, and offensive line headline their top needs.

A former player believes that the Giants are 'drooling over' a top WR prospect, though.

NFL Network analyst and former Giants offensive lineman Shaun O'Hara thinks that Washington wide receiver Rome Odunze will be New York's pick at sixth overall if he is available.

“I know the Giants are drooling over this guy… If he’s there at six, I don’t see any way they pass him up.” O'Hara via NFL Total Access

O'Hara believes that Odunze may be the top receiver in the loaded WR draft class. His downfield ability is elite and can stretch the field unlike most wideout prospects coming out of college.

Odunze could be the pick over fellow WR Malik Nabers for New York. Both may be on the board at pick six.

At the combine, he discussed his meeting with the Giants as well. He gave them a solid review.

"It was good. It was good. The Giants are good people. We were laughing in there a little bit. They were quizzing me on some film. Getting to know who I was and I was getting to know them. It went well. I was excited to meet them."

O'Hara thinks that New York would be smart to grab the special athleticism that comes with the former Husky.
