The New York Giants aren't done yet when it comes to free agency, adding an important piece on defense.

Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Bobby McCain is signing a one year deal with the Giants.

McCain was drafted by the Dolphins in the fifth round of the 2015 draft, spending six seasons in teal before signing with inter-division rival Washington.

McCain played in every game over the last two years with the Commanders, recording four interceptions, 14 pass breakups, one forced fumbles and 139 total tackles.

The 29-year-old veteran is a versatile defensive back that can play both corner and safety, making him an immediate asset in the Giants secondary.
