The New York Giants are addressing one of the major needs on their roster.

New York is adding veteran depth on the interior offensive line by signing center J.C. Hassenauer.

The team has had some losses on the interior during this offseason. Nick Gates and Jon Feliciano both found new homes, leaving the depth on the IOL quite barren in New York.

Both players were veteran presences with experiences in the system.

Hassenauer adds experience from multiple NFL stops. His latest tenure was with the Pittsburgh Steelers for three seasons. He is 27 years old.

In three years with the Steelers, Hassenauer appeared in 45 games with 7 starts. He will add much-needed depth on the OL for the Giants, but they shouldn't be done adding at the position.

Expect them to draft at least one impact interior offensive lineman during this year's draft as well.
