The New York Giants' ground game is going to be fighting a very steep uphill battle on Sunday.

RB Saquon Barkley, and offensive linemen Andrew Thomas, John Michael Schmitz, and Shane Lemieux are all inactive on Sunday.

The offensive line trio were all announced to be out earlier in the week, so that's no surprise.  There was hope that Barkley would be able to go on Sunday, but he's still not quite ready to return from his high ankle sprain.

Evan Neal will have to step up after a forgettable showing last week and will avoid going against the Dolphins' talented pass rusher Jaelan Phillips, who is inactive for today's game.  However, Andrew Van Ginkel has been solid this year and won't provide much of a step down, if any at all.

TE Daniel Bellinger, who was listed as questionable, is active, so the Giants will have more help in the passing game and in trying to help a suspect offensive line protect Daniel Jones.
