Giants trade with Raiders for Pro Bowl TE Darren Waller
A move fit for the big apple.
The New York Giants have made a blockbuster trade with the Las Vegas Raiders, trading for Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller.
First reported by Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the star pass catcher will be dawning Giants blue in the fall.
Waller is one of the better tight ends in the league when healthy, with dynamic playmaking ability.
A Pro Bowler in his last full season, Waller recorded 107 receptions for 1196 yards and nine touchdowns in 2020.
Waller will now look for a fresh start in New York, immediately providing the Giants and Daniel Jones with a premier weapon.
