News: A to Z Sports announces further NFL market expansion & new hires
A to Z Sports, the Nashville-based media company is announcing its fourth company expansion in the last 18 months
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A to Z Sports, the Nashville-based sports media network founded by Austin Stanley and Zach Bingham, is expanding its sports coverage from 14 NFL markets to 22 NFL markets beginning March 1, 2023.
This is the fourth time the Nashville-based media company has expanded its NFL coverage since August of 2021. The website's expansion grew from three to 13 NFL teams through 2022. A to Z plans to cover all 32 teams by the beginning of the 2023 season.
A to Z Sports also has NFL centric broadcast markets in Nashville (flagship), Dallas (2021), and Philadelphia (2022).
With the NFL coverage expansion, A to Z Sports is also excited to announce the hiring & promotion of several new employees to the website staff.
Doug Kyed, joins A to Z as a Conference Manager and an NFL Writer/Reporter. Kyed has years of experience covering the NFL on a national, regional, and local level with the New England Patriots.
John Sheeran and Mauricio Rodriguez are also new additions to the site's editorial staff. Sheeran has spent the past several years covering the Cincinnati Bengals. Rodriguez has been with A to Z since the fall of 2020 as a Dallas Cowboys writer and show host.
Rounding out this staff expansion is the promotion of Jack Gentry and Matthew Lenix, as well as the additions of Rob Leeds, Rob Gregson, and Bryce Lazenby. All will serve as NFL Writers. Gentry hosts the Nashville award-winning "Titan Up Podcast". Lenix joined the team in early 2022 as a Cowboys writer. Leeds has covered the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Gregson has covered the NFL Draft for multiple outlets. Lazenby has experience cover the Tennessee Titans and the Big Ten in College Football.
