After reports emerged on the Minnesota Vikings planning to release running back Dalvin Cook on Friday, the soon-to-be free agent took to social media to tease every NFL fan base that wants him on their respective favorite teams.
The four-time Pro Bowler simply uploaded an Instagram story of himself celebrating at the Miami Dolphins Hard Rock Stadium.
Could it be a simple coincidence that it's the first picture Cook found of himself in his camera roll? I guess there's a possibility. But considering the Dolphins have been the overwhelming favorites to land his services, you'd have a hard time convincing me of it.
What does Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel have to say about the team's interest in Cook? A lot. But at the same time, nothing at all. Below is his actual response to the questions on his interest in Cook from Thursday.
"March 3, 1983, the day I was born, right? Now we take a closer look at that date, and that, in fact, was not yesterday. So people that are rumored to be tall, short, people that are rumored to be, you know, you're not going to get this guy. I'm Year 2, OK?
"What I am excited about is talking about the most important thing which is the third day of veteran minicamp, and we've got a lot of guys that are good players that have an opportunity to get better.

Multiple front offices should be interested in the veteran's services. However, the value he signs for will be well below his current scheduled salary.
