It was quite the year for the Kelce brothers.
And their New Heights podcast celebrated 2024 with a video of some of their top moments. While Taylor Swift didn't make an appearance, she was well represented.
To start the video, they added the clip of Jason Kelce talking about the viral photo of him appearing to fall asleep during one of Swift's Eras Tour shows.
“What is that all about?” Travis teased.
"Tapping my thigh, in the moment. And then all of a sudden, I go on Twitter, and I'm like dude what the f***," Jason responded in the clip.
And it was actually his former teammate that exposed him.
Here is Jason's full quote:
“Travis, you know I didn’t take a nap,” Jason said, explaining that he’d actually been fully entranced by Swift’s music when the photo was taken. “I’m just sitting here, and I’m just, like, feeling it. I’m tapping my thigh, in the moment, listening to the song. Then, all of a sudden, I go on Twitter and I see this f–king picture. I’m like, ‘What the f–k! I’m not even sleeping!'”
And that was also the show that Swift came out in a new Reputation outfit, while performing in the rain.
“When Reputation came on and she came out in the new outfit and the rain was coming down, the place could’ve f–king erupted,” Jason added. “I mean, it did. The amount of energy was insane.”
So, Jason didn't fall asleep during the Eras Tour, but they had to include this moment in the New Heights year recap.
