Last offseason, if you watched Hard Knocks, an HBO special that showcases teams working during training camp, then you saw Oz the Mentalist, a mind reader, read the minds of guys like Aaron Rodgers and Mecole Hardman on the New York Jets. It was pretty impressive. And now he has done that with the Las Vegas Raiders alumni.

The Raiders had him in their facility in Henderson, Nevada, and he did one of his most tricks on some members of the alumni, and it absolutely blew them away.

Let's start with this: Oz Pearlman is not a magician, but instead does tricks that may seem like magic, where he reads people's minds, and, some of it is absolutely some of the craziest stuff you will see. He often times has the participant write down a word they are thinking that no one in their right mind would guess, and then, of course, he guesses in dramatic fashion. That's what he recently did to some of the more famous Raiders players of all time.

The Raiders posted the clip of the trick, and it's pretty amazing.

He started by telling Tim Brown, one of the greatest receivers of all time and an absolute legend, to think of a word that no one would guess. Before Brown could say or think of anything, really, Oz wrote down the word that brown was thinking on Mike McCoy's hand.

He then had them put their hands on top of one another, as if they were about to break a huddle in an NFL game. They broke the huddle and on three, instead of saying Raiders like the alumni are so used to saying, he made Brown scream out the word that he had in his head.

That word ended up being clutch, the same word he wrote on McCoy's hand.

It's really crazy because it makes you think how people like that do what they do. But, that's what makes them special, and it felt good to see him make the alumni, and the former Raiders players we all love, smile. Now, if only he could tell us if the Raiders will have a great season or shoot, who the starting quarterback will even be in Week 1.
