For New England Patriots fans, remembering the good old days might help after the team's struggles in recent years.
And some Patriots legends made that very easy.
Julian Edelman posted a video on Instagram alongside Rob Gronkowski and Danny Amendola on the fifth anniversary of the Patriots AFC Championship win over the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
But one person was missing from the gathering and Edelman's caption addressed that.
"wya @tombrady," Edelman wrote on Instagram.
The 2019 AFC Championship game was one to remember, with the winner being decided in overtime. But Patrick Mahomes was no match for Brady and the Patriots squad, who were able to win it. And with that, they punched their ticket to the Super Bowl going on to defeat the Los Angeles Rams to win their sixth Lombardi trophy.
And along with the fifth anniversary of the win, it might bringing back memories of another post.
Who can forget about this viral video that Brady posted immediately after the win?
And it seems fitting that in Edelman's video and Brady's video, they both had the song ‘Bad Boys for Life’ playing in the background.
The future Hall of Fame quarterback also couldn't help but respond to the most recent video.
Seeing Gronkowski, Amendola, and Edelman together is bound to make all fans smile. And right now, it certainly helps to remember the good times.
So hopefully the team will get back to those winning ways very soon. It's safe to say that those three legends are hoping for that too and will be rooting for new head coach Jerod Mayo as the team starts a new chapter.
