C.J. Gardner-Johnson needs to GROW UP & leave the Eagles alone!
In today’s video, RB brings you the latest from The Linc including what former Philadelphia Eagles Safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson had to say last week about his departure from Philly.
He spoke out on why he was no longer with the Philadelphia Eagles, and made himself look bad with his latest remarks. CJGJ claims that he did not feel wanted and appreciated by the Philadelphia Eagles organization. This is false, as many Eagles fans and teammates would have LOVED for a CJGJ return to Philly, but it just could not get done. There is no reason he needs to make claims like such. There is something about players and coaches who depart from the Philadelphia Eagles that they just can't stand. Is it that they are mad or frustrated they did not stick around? No one knows.
C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Jonathan Gannon have now both claimed that they didn't feel "respected", "wanted", or "appreciated" by the Eagles organization.
While these claims are false, had Gannon not called such a horrendous game in the Super Bowl last season he might still be with the organization.
As far as CJGJ, he must just be saying this to get a rile out the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans. Many wanted him to get re-signed with this team, but his ask was just too high.
It is a shame that former coaches and now players have been running their mouths because they are envious of the program and how far it has come. Don't hate us cause you ain't us.
