An important offseason for the Philadelphia Eagles lies ahead. They’ll need to find a dynamic offensive coordinator. They are also set to make plenty of free agent decisions.

With those factors involved, a strong 2026 rookie class can play a significant role in how the Eagles perform next season. Let’s take a look at a potential draft that addresses major roster needs, especially if they cannot re-sign impending free agents like Reed Blankenship and Dallas Goedert.

Philadelphia Eagles 3-round 2026 NFL mock draft

Round 1, Pick 23: Olaivavega Ioane, IOL, Penn State

Jalen Hurts struggled when pressured from the interior this season. Even with some lackluster play-calling and fewer adjustments than fans wanted from the coaching staff, the Eagles’ offensive line was not nearly as strong in 2025 as it was in 2024. Injuries made life more difficult, but adding Ioane would make an immediate impact.

He’s a powerful mover at guard who can start for the Eagles’ offense as a rookie.

Round 2, Pick 54: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo

McNeil-Warren should go off the board prior to this pick, but he slips to the mid-50s in this scenario. He is a ballhawk on the back end who can play with better range than any safety currently on Philly’s roster. If Reed Blankenship moves on in free agency, they have arguably an upgrade on the board in Round 2 here.

Round 3, Pick 68: Gabe Jacas, EDGE, Illinois

Jacas is a consistent run defender off the edge, and I believe he can develop into a solid pass-rusher. With the Eagles already having an interior presence along the DL, his aggressive nature off the edge can make an impact early and often. Jaelan Phillips wants to return to Philly, but it is unclear how actively the Eagles will pursue him this offseason.

Round 3, Pick 98: Justin Joly, TE, N.C. State

Joly is a player that I like for the Eagles due to his receiving prowess and movement with the football in his hands. His blocking won’t land him in-line very often in the pros, but the Eagles can find those sorts of TE options cheaper in free agency.

Joly would be a great option for Hurts in the passing game and would take some pressure off the wideouts.

The Eagles have made a killing on nailing recent draft classes under GM Howie Roseman. This sort of class would continue that trend and help Philadelphia make another postseason run next year.
