The Philadelphia Eagles are still a pretty young team in the league. They have an average age of 26.57, per Spotrac.com, which is the ninth oldest, but mot really that old. At an average age of 26, most players haven't hit their prime yet. So, there isn't really a ton of experience with this team.

But, that hasn't seemed to really affect this team, especially in the postseason. They dominated their first game against the Giants 38-7, and their mentality this week shows they are much more mature than people give them credit for.

Philly has done an incredible job preparing week after week, every week. Now the young guys have to get ready to go again, but for the most important game in some of their lives. That is, for the guys that weren't there in 2017.

There will be a lot of emotions, and a lot going on in general. Some of the veterans will likely need to give the young guys some advice.

"Just don't change," Fletcher Cox said on Thursday when asked what advice he would give. "You know, don't change up anything you have done. Your routines, make sure you keep the same routines that you are doing week in and week out in the regular season. Obviously knowing it's a bigger game, right? It's the NFC Championship.

"And you also want to make sure that guys are staying focused, especially the younger guys that have never been to this level of play. You just want to keep those guys locked in, focused, and at the end of the day just have fun doing it. That's what we have been doing all year. Don't change that. Again, it starts in practice."

The Eagles are the oldest team of the remaining teams, so they will likely use that to their advantage.

They have experience. Before anyone says experience doesn't matter, it most definitely does. The team with the most experience doesn't always win, but it usually helps in situations where only a team that has gone through something would know.

The Eagles will use the mix of experience and youth they have on Sunday to hopefully beat the 49ers.
