Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver A.J. Brown was just trying to re-focus his mind on the bench while reading a passage from Jim Murphy’s ‘Inner Excellence' during Sunday's wild card win over the Green Bay Packers when the moment was caught on camera and went viral.

The very next day, the book is currently listed as the No. 1 bestseller on Amazon.com.

“It gives me a sense of peace,” Brown told reports after the game. “That’s a book that I read every single game. My teammates call it the recipe. That’s the first time you got me on camera but it’s not the first game. It’s got a lot of points in there, a lot of mental parts. For me, this game is mental.”

Brown even admitted that he re-reads the same passage each game.

"I always revert back to the beginning of the book," Brown said. "It states that you can just have a clear mind and remember that nothing else matters- a clear conscience- and nothing matters, negative or positive — you're willing to take risks. And I go back to it and it also says if you're humble, you can't be embarrassed. So, no matter what happens in the game or whatever happens, I'm just going to stay free and play free — keep going and taking risks."

If you're a fan just catching up on the news and want to join the rest of those who purchased Brown's favorite book, the paperback edition is on sale for $17.97 at Amazon. You can also purchase the Audiobook for $.99 or the Kindle version for $9.99.
