Philadelphia Eagles lead wide receiver A.J. Brown was ruled out of Monday night's matchup against the Atlanta Falcons with a hamstring injury.

And it turns out that won't be the only game he will miss this season.

ESPN's Lisa Salters reports Brown told her that he is expected to miss a "couple" weeks.

When addressing Brown's hamstring injury on Saturday morning, head coach Nick Sirianni downplayed it.

“Just got a little tight in practice yesterday,” Sirianni said. “We’ll see how that goes.”

Brown has 5 catches for 119 yards and a touchdown on the season so far.

With Brown out against the Falcons, quarterback Jalen Hurts targeted tight ends Grant Calcaterr and Dallas Goedert along with wide receivers Jahan Dotson, Britain Covey, and Johnny Wilson early in the game.
