NFL analyst makes silly mistake with the Philadelphia Eagles

One would think that former players are chosen to become analysts because they know the game better from playing it at the highest level. Unfortunately for the Philadelphia Eagles, it seems like even those former players have a way of downplaying just how special this team in Philly is.
During an offseason that has largely been close to perfect for Philly as they look to make it back to the Super Bowl, the Eagles have still found ways to catch strays at an impressive rate. The most recent disrespect towards Philly comes from Super Bowl champion Ryan Clark.
Clark is a quality analyst and was a good player during his time in the NFC East and on the Steelers, but his list of the best corner duos in the league is strange because of where it lists the Eagles.
He is right in that the Eagles have a top-five corner duo, but saying they are fourth and putting them beneath teams like the Cowboys and Jets is silly.
Darius Slay and James Bradberry are a uniquely-skilled duo that most teams in the league couldn't even hope for. Yes, the Jets may have a better CB1 and the Cowboys may have a corner with more interceptions over his career, but putting either over the even-strength Eagles is a mistake.
Bradberry and Slay are far closer than the other duos, and matching this overall talent with the disparities between the other groups shows why the Eagles are second only to the Dolphins.
The Cowboys and Jets may have good secondaries with talented players, but neither belongs anywhere above the Eagles with the second-best duo in the league.
