Philadelphia Eagles football is finally back at Lincoln Field!
Eagles fans will welcome back home the team that got all the way to the Super Bowl in February. The stakes are much smaller this time around but football is football and it's hard not to be excited.
Philadelphia Eagles (0-1) vs Cleveland Browns (1-1)

Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
Location: Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, PA
Betting odds: Eagles -3.5, Over/Under 37.5
How to watch on TV: NBC10, NEWS 5 Cleveland
Streaming: FuboTV, YouTube TV, Network apps, etc.
Radio: WPMT, Fox43, WATM, ABC 23
Will the Eagles play the starters?
Highly unlikely. Just like in Week 1, expect a conservative approach from head coach Nick Sirianni this time out. This team was in the Super Bowl in February. With one of the best rosters in the league, starters are getting ready in practice. They don't need to do it in an exhibition game.
Once again, this game will be all about the inexperienced and backup players. But don't get it wrong, there's a lot of fun in that.
How will rookie quarterback Tanner McKee do?
The sixth-round rookie quarterback presented himself to Eagles fans with a statement throw last week. McKee connected on a dime for a 27-yard completion on his first pass of the game. He completed 10-of-20 attempts for 148 yards. Although not a perfect game, the rookie gave fans all the reason in the world to be excited about tonight's game.
3 Players to watch
- DL Jalen Carter: Carter was another rookie who impressed one rep into the preseason by almost getting a sack on his first play in the NFL. The way he shoved the Baltimore Ravens guard aside was exactly the kind of ease we envisioned him playing with during the Draft process.
- EDGE Nolan Smith: Another first-round pick of the Eagles, I'd love to see him have his staple preseason moment against the Browns. Smith is looking okay in training camp but didn't really steal the show last weekend. I'm rooting for his moment on Thursday.
- LB Nakobe Dean: If there's any sort of concern surrounding the injury that kept him off the field last week, don't play the guy. But I'd love to see him take the field on Thursday. Dean is one of the biggest question marks this season and getting to actually watch him should ease everyone's minds.
