One division rival wishes Jalen Hurts luck but not the Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles have most of the country behind them when it comes to support for the Super Bowl. Well, most of the country will either go for them or the Chiefs, and with Kansas City playing that villain role, it feels like most everyone is rooting for Philly.
Even division rivals are rooting for Philly, kind of.
One of Jalen Hurts' former teammates that play for the Cowboys says he is rooting for Hurts in the Super bowl.
"Very excited man," Cowboys receiver C.D. Lamb said. "I think it all goes, you know, it goes in the little shadows because I play for the cowboys and he plays for the Eagles, but I want him to know that I'm very excited, very, very proud of my man. I know how hard he worked and everything that you know, he's been through the work for the Super Bowl. I know he's prepared and I know he'll go out there, you know, he's not gonna disappoint."
So, it's fair to say that the Cowboys' receiver is going for the Eagles right? Wrong.
"I'm a fan of my teammates, not, you know, I've never been on that team,"
Lamb continued.
Why? Well, they are arch-rivals. The two of them, Lamb and Hurts, played together at Oklahoma and had a rivalry very similar to the one the Cowboys and Eagles have.
"Now, man, I got I got drawn into it, it's almost like Oklahoma-Texas, you know, so it's for sure that in the NFL times 10, so it's crazy."
You love that Lamb is supporting his friend, but you expected him not to support the Eagles. Either way, the quarterback has a support system for sure.
