Eagles: The doubting just keeps coming before the Super Bowl kicks off

The Philadelphia Eagles thumped the San Francisco 49ers, and for some reason, the 49ers players are still complaining about what happened to them almost as if it wasn't fair what happened.
Look, injuries happen in this league. This is the most violent and physical sport in the United States, so, injuries will happen. That isn't the Eagles' fault, nor is it anyone else's fault. That is something that happens within the sport.
You could say even if they didn't have players get injured the result would still be the same. Sure, the score would not have been as bad, but I think the Eagles would have still won.
They still don't seem to think so. It just isn't fair.
“It’s tough.. it sucks," 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey said while doing a radio row interview this week. "You don’t wanna make excuses, it’s a good [Eagles] team we played, but it just feels like something got stolen from you. Hopefully, they change the rules and let you have a 3rd QB.”
McCaffrey isn't the first and won't be the last guy to say something. I mean, sure, as Deebo Samuel said on Twitter, do you want them to say they would have lost no matter what? No. They are a confident team.
But, I think you can say that they don't have to talk about it. And, if they were asked about it they are allowed to keep it short, take the high road, and just say they lost to the better team.
Just because you say "not to make excuses" doesn't mean your excuse is validated. You can't say you aren't going to make excuses and then make an excuse.
In a way, this is just more doubting the Eagles. this is them saying they don't deserve to be there. This is another way of more doubters saying they will get beat by the Chiefs. All of it is doubt.
The Eagles earned their right to be in the Super bowl. Now, go prove them wrong.
