Eagles, 49ers, slay

The Philadelphia Eagles beat the 49ers pretty badly, to say the least. Whether it was luck of the draw, or whatever you want to call it, they still won.

But, that leaves the other team being sorry losers. Sure, they had some stuff that didn't go their way, but who's to say the Eagles still wouldn't have won had it not happened?

They are being sorry losers, to say the least. Some of you may have seen by now, but the 49ers players, some of them, a.k.a Brandon Aiyuk, are saying the Eagles' pass defense really isn't that good.

Okay, that's fine, you can feel however you want about it. But, the stats and numbers don't lie. The Eagles have the number one pass defense in the league statistically, not subjectively.

Aiyuk then went on to say the Chiefs' offense will destroy the Eagles' pass defense, which could happen. But, statistically, the Eagles' pass defense is still the best, and that doesn't change until after the Super Bowl, that the Eagles are in, not the 49ers.

Darius Slay heard Aiyuk's comments and shared his thoughts on them.

“We’ve been the number one defense in the passing game almost the whole year," Slay said. "Yeah, that was weird. So, uh, bad sportsmanship by him."

Slay responded in a way only he can, making everyone laugh.

The Eagles' pass defense will be facing a tough challenge on Sunday though. No one is saying they won't. This will be the best quarterback they have played in two years, as Mahomes is the MVP of the league.

The defense will need to bring it and show Aiyuk why he is so wrong, and just looking like a sorry loser.
