It isn't very often that a team wins their conference, then picks in the top ten of the draft. That is the exact position the Eagles are in, and almost every team in the NFL is jealous.

The Eagles will pick tenth in the upcoming draft thanks to a trade with the Saints last year. With an already loaded roster, the Eagles are in a position of luxury and can pick a player who can impact their roster for the foreseeable future.

Let's take a look at the updated slate of Eagles draft picks:

  • Round 1, Pick 10 (from NO)
  • Round 1, Pick 30
  • Round 2, Pick 62
  • Round 3, Pick 94
  • Round 7, Pick 221 (from HOU)
  • Round 7, Pick 250

The Eagles traded for the Saints' 2023 first-round pick during a draft-day trade last year. The Eagles traded picks 16, 19, and 194 to the Saints for picks 18, 101, 237, a 2023 first-round pick, and a 2024 second-round pick.

The Eagles also own their own first-round pick, making them one of six teams with multiple first-round picks in this year's draft.

The Eagles will pick twice in the seventh round, as they acquired an extra pick in exchange for wide receiver Jalen Reagor.

The pick originally belonged to the Texans, but they flipped it to the Vikings for defensive tackle Ross Blacklock.

It is safe to say that the Eagles are in a great position to build on their Super Bowl run and continue adding talent to an already great roster.
