Former Philadelphia 76ers star Charles Barkley joined NFL Network's "The Insiders" with Steve Wyche and Ian Rapoport this week to share his guaranteed take on what's to come this upcoming football season.

And it's safe to say that Eagles fans will love what he had to say.

"My Philadelphia Eagles are going to win the Super Bowl," Barkley said, before doubling down on his comment. "We're going to win the Super Bowl."

Barkley's bold take isn't too far-fetched because the Eagles have a perfect roster that is full of talent needed to reach the Super Bowl.

This offseason was a home run for the Birds following their 10-1 collapse in 2023.

They added dual-threat running back Saquon Barkley, brought back veteran safety CJ Gardner-Johnson, and drafted two elite cornerbacks, Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJeal, to bolster their weak secondary.

Those four acquisitions have already single-handedly fixed the secondary.

Not only did the Eagles add more weapons, but they also revamped their coaching staff and hired new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and defensive guru Vic Fangio.

The Eagles have also been working on their communication skills and team bonding outside of football, which is something they lacked last fall.

These moves were all necessary in order to take an Eagles team from good to great, and the reasons behind their guaranteed success in 2024.
