The Philadelphia Eagles have officially established themselves as one of the best teams in the NFL.

From the players on the field to the management off the field, everyone in this organization has been able to work towards the same goal extremely well.

A few different calls could've led to a win in the Super Bowl a month ago.

Still, the show goes on for the team that should remain one of the favorites in the NFC, and that all starts with free agency.

The Eagles have done well in this regard by keeping most of their big names in key roles, but they still have lost starters in Javon Hargrave, Isaac Seumalo, and TJ Edwards.

These three players started every game for the Eagles in 2022 and leave some big shoes for the Eagles to fill.

The good news for Philly is that they have obviously been planning on this for a while.

While these losses will sting, some excellent management from Howie Roseman should stem the bleeding.

Jordan Davis, Cam Jurgens, and Nakobe Dean look poised to take the next steps based on their draft profiles and limited reps in 2022, and these guys immediately stepping into this roles after just one year would be a remarkable hit rate for any front office.

It is fair to also say that the Eagles will also probably choose to keep their options open and allow for competitions to actually settle who the new starters will be, but fans should expect these three guys to get the first shot at these jobs.

Losing starters in free agency will always hurt. Finding ways to replace them consistently with great players in the draft is how teams stay at the top.

The Howie Roseman masterclass continues.
