The Philadelphia Eagles have the best culture in the league, I'm convinced. Obviously, I don't know what every teams locker room is like and what their culture is. However, I know that they believe they have the best culture, just by the way they talk about it, which only forced me to feel like they do have the best culture.

I think that is a big, if not the biggest reason, this team has started so well. I mean, they are the only 6-0 team in the league and have been the only undefeated team in the league for a few weeks now, yet they are still so humble.

After their big win on Sunday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys, head coach Nick Sirianni talked about it even more.

"Our greatest motivation is each other, right," Sirianni said. "That's why you guys ask me about bulletin board material, all those things, we got each other back and that's like last week. Teams are either coming together or they are not, I mean it's really the way it is, and this team is coming together, and they fight each week.

"The motivation of not letting your teammate down, coach to player, player to coach, player to player, coach to coach, like that's love right? That's just the love you have for your teammates. There is no greater motivation, there is no greater motivation than that. This is a close team and we are going to keep working on getting closer and we are going to keep working on getting better."

The Eagles have had two different approaches to the season in terms of the culture they want for their team. First, you may have realized the shirts they wear that look like they have dogs on them. Sirianni wanted the team to have that 'dawg mentality' or in other words, have a lot of fight.

He also wanted them to stay humble, and have each other's back. No matter how successful they have gotten they have always stayed true to themselves and had their brothers' backs.

Sirianni is doing some amazing things with this team in Philly.
