The Philadelphia Eagles tight end Grant Calcaterra exited Monday night's 21-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs early with an ankle injury.
He walked off the field into the blue medical tent after the play and then ultimately headed into the locker room.
Calcaterra did not return, leaving Jack Stoll and Albert Okwuegbunam to take over the remaining snaps at tight end.
Following the game, Calcaterra was seen walking out of the locker room in a boot, according to independent Eagles reporter Chris Franklin.
The Eagles were already without Dallas Goedert, who will remain sidelined for a few more weeks with a forearm injury. Now, they're down to just Stoll and Okwuegbunam on the active roster.
In addition to Calcaterra, defensive tackle Milton Williams left last night's game early and was ruled out with a concussion. Thankfully, the Eagles have plenty of depth at that position.
