Philadelphia Eagles fans not longer have to wait until inactives are announced  to know whether Jalen Hurts will be available on Monday night vs. the Seattle Seahawks.

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Hurts is at Lumen Field and will be active to start against the Seahawks.

Hurts is playing with flu-like symptoms tonight, though he does not have the flu.

Reports earlier today said he felt sick on Thursday and his symptoms only worsened, leading him to miss practice on Saturday and be downgraded as questionable on the injury report.

The Eagles had that extra day of rest on Sunday, so that may have been just enough to help Hurts feel well enough to play.

Hurts on Tap for Flu Game

Hurts was spotted rocking Michael Jordan gear en route to Seattle, so NBC Sports' John Clark is saying Monday night could be Hurts' own "Flu Game."

Jordan's infamous "Flu Game" dates back to Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals where he played feeling ill and finished with 38 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. He also scored a game-winning 3-pointer with 25 seconds left.

Hopefully, that kind of sick magic rubs off on Hurts tonight because the Eagles could use it after back-to-back losses.
